It doesn't connect to the internet but the phone and wifi works. How do I trouble shoot this problem? Is there a setting that needs to be checked?
@jon ching Good day, have you activated the Internet data flow? Change other sim cards to see if the data flow can be used normally. Can I use it after restarting my phone?
Got tech support and was told to reset the wifi and it solved the problem.
