Hi team,
When using the GPS it shows me as in the sea when I'm driving along the road by the waterfront, and shows me as off the motorway and how to get back to the motorway via odd sideroads up to 1 km away from where I am.
I've been asking for months about getting it replaced but there doesn't seem to be any chance of it being replaced - the only suggestion i've had is that something was interfering with it.
However I won a V20 phone - which the GPS DID work correctly on until it decided to get into a reboot loop / reset to factory / reboot while using it and i'm having little / no luck in getting that replaced either.. The V20 is about a week old...
I'm hoping that posting here will get some response on the GPS issue, and I'll post seperately with videos / photos of the V20 in a V20 forum.
So the response I got from 'support' was that I would have to return the phone to China - from New Zealand - in order to get a replacement.
Which given it's the only phone I have - as the new one is stuffed, and it's what I rely on to run my business - can't happen.
After sales service seems to not exist in this company - they take the money - if it's faulty they rely on it being in the too hard basket to deal with - and that clients will give up and just go away..
Clearly these people don't have an ounce of compassion or think for themselves - it's purely a matter of replying with the same form letter. Using the word 'sorry' in an email - doesn't excuse the lack of care you have around your products / clients.
