Hello, I have a problem with the proximity sensor on my S96pro. The screen goes black when i try and make a phone call and when i try to calibrate the proximity sensor in the intelligent assistance menu i get the message "calibration failed".
Please help asap.
@Paul Stone First clean the area where the sensor is located and then try calibration if it helps.
I've tried that and it has not helped. Also i don't have a screen saver fitted and the screen is immaculate.
@Paul Stone Hello, I am very sorry for the inconvenience brought to you. Please provide me with the video of the fault. Our official email is service@doogee.cc
I've tried the service email 3 times and I haven't had a response.

Please review and let me know how i go about getting a warranty repair ASAP as the phone is unusable.

Try cleaning the sensor lens with a soft, dry cloth, and make sure there are no cracks or other damages. Incorrect calibration: Proximity sensors often require calibration to ensure they are working properly. If the sensor is not calibrated correctly, it may not be able to accurately detect nearby objects. Consult the user manual or manufacturer's website for instructions on how to calibrate the sensor.🤩
Damaged or filthy sensor: If the sensor lens is dirty or damaged, it may not be able to identify surrounding objects with sufficient accuracy.
