DOOGEE V20 receives all updates automatically via FOTA method. You need this tool only in case of emergency (if you've bricked your phone), if you want to apply a clean install or if you want to clear all root access and custom recovery to make your phone able to receive FOTA updates again. Moreover, flashing with SPFT is the only option to repair (replace) damaged system software.

@Dominik Pachocki the update work finaly. I just waited and the update appeared in the notifications .But I do not advise to install it. Because since then I can not call without reconfiguring the APNs every time.... If I try to call someone without that step, It's like I don't have a network. I also have my fingerprint reader that no longer works. Surely I have to change it, But the support is not very responsive, the warranty is soon over and by the time I have an answer, I would only have eyes to cry 🤡
