I deleted cache and storage rebooted loads and hard reset and still not fingerprint, I deleted my old finger prints tried to add new ones but it just doesn't let me scan a new one, it's 3 weeks old...

Hi Phone randomly say the hardware isnt working so i rebooted phone and its stopped all together. tried deleting cache and storage data rebooting removing finger prints it wont even add new prints.
