I) SHIPPING METHODS
(Send out time: Within 3 business days. If out of stock or on holiday, the delivery time will be delayed
*For EU, US, UK Countries:
Fast shipping, delivery time is generally 3-7 business days. (EU, US, UK warehouse)
Note: Customers from EU, US, UK countries don't need to pay tax if we send parcel from EU, US, UK warehouse.
But if no goods/new model in EU, US, UK warehouse, we will ship from China, Hong Kong. Thanks.

1. Free shipping, delivery time is generally 10-20 business days. (China, HK warehouse)
2. 4PX/DHL/Other express(8-30 USD), It depends on your location and the products you buy. Delivery time is generally 5-10 business days. (China, HK warehouse)
3. If you are fail to finish your order because your country address/purchases are not allowed on our site, please contact our customer service email email@example.com to consult.
At holiday periods, such as Christmas, please allow additional time for delivery, up to 15-25 business days.
The shipping cost depends on the distance and the shipping method you choose. It's free shipping for normal posts.

New Arrivals and Other Area Need Ship From China :
Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. DOOGEE is NOT responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
II) IMPORT INFORMATION (Import Sales Tax, DHL Capital Commitment Fee, etc.)

2. Please note that you may be liable for import VAT or sales tax in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be reimbursed by DOOGEE.
III) TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
After you place your order, we will ship your package within 1-3 business days, except items are out of stock. You will receive an email with a unique tracking number for each order. This tracking number allows you to track your delivery online.
You will receive your tracking number from DOOGEE by separate email within 1-3 business days after your order has been dispatched.
IV) DELIVERY CONDITIONS
1. All orders will be shipped to the delivery address you specify when you place your order. After shipping, this address cannot be changed.
2. Please ensure that someone is available on the day of delivery to receive the goods.
3. In the event that you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the express company will make further attempts to deliver the package to you or deposit it in a safe place for your collection.
4. If all delivery attempts to prove unsuccessful, shipping companies will normally return the package. In this case, you will not be entitled to any compensation. Should the item(s) be successfully returned to DOOGEE, we will gladly send the items again following payment of shipping costs.
5. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
If you have not received your goods within 15-25 working days of receiving your tracking number, please contact our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) or your local post office in your home country for further information.
