This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights granted by the laws and regulations of your country, province, or state. These DOOGEE ("DOOGEE", "us" or "our") warranty policies only apply to products you purchase directly from DOOGEEMALL.COM. If you purchase products through other channels, please contact the supplier who ultimately sold you the product.
Limited product warranty
DOOGEE guarantees to the original purchaser that during the warranty period, your DOOGEE product will not have defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Unless otherwise provided by applicable laws, the warranty period is 1 year. Notwithstanding the foregoing clauses, DOOGEE does not exclude, limit or suspend the minimum legal warranty period required by applicable laws.
DOOGEE does not guarantee that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
If a hardware defect is found and DOOGEE receives a valid claim during the warranty period, DOOGEE will
(1) repair the product free of charge, use new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or
(3) return the product, excluding potential shipping charges.
If there are defects, to the maximum extent permitted by law, these are your only and exclusive remedies.
Freight and handling charges may be charged unless prohibited by applicable law.
The warranty period for any replacement hardware product is the remaining period of the original warranty or thirty (30) days, whichever is the longer, or any additional period that may apply to your jurisdiction.
How to obtain warranty service
According to applicable laws, DOOGEE may require customers to provide proof of purchase details and a warranty card with the IMEI of the product. You are responsible for backing up any data, software or other materials that you may have stored or saved on the product. Such data, software or other materials may be lost or reformatted during the service period, and DOOGEE is not responsible for any such damage or loss.
Exclusions and restrictions

If any clause is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining clauses will not be affected or impaired.
Except as prohibited by applicable laws, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and suitability for specific purposes) shall be limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of damages
Unless prohibited by applicable laws, DOOGEE is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, income or data, damages caused by violation of express or implied warranties or conditions, Or according to any other legal theory, even if DOOGEE has been informed of the possibility of such damage. For products that can be repaired free of charge under the warranty policy, the returned freight will be borne by the customer.
