The item is faulty and does not charge properly. I'm requesting for a replacement. It's been barely used for less than 24 hours and it no longer charges properly. It's good that the customer service, especially the local DOOGEE branch in the Philippines is very helpful and I appreciate their help. The good customer service of the Philippine branch is the reason for the 3 star review, but I'm disappointed with the product. Hopefully it gets replaced immediately.
I am overall satisfied however there are problems. The largest problem is with touch. It has issues with recognizing some touch inputs, especially when trying to click and hold or repeated touch in the same place like trying to delete text. I might try removing the screen protector to try and help. My other two problems are more minor. Only once of the speakers works and the 120w charger box came with European prongs for it while I live in America. Otherwise I am fully satisfied
Wifi is very unstable turn off and on by itself
Loving the DK10, great feel and weight. Everything works great and fast as well. Wish battery a little larger, but the charger is super fast, 40% in 10 min.
