PONGO SOLO 3 PUNTOS PORQUE EL SEGURO DE ENVIO Y LA GARANTIA DE 2 AÑOS LOS COMPRE PARA QUE ME LLEGARÁN RAPIDO Y BIEN MI CELULAR, PERO SE TARDÓ N LLEGAR MAS DE 1 MES...CUANDO ME ABONEN LOS 70 DOLARES QUE QUEDARON DE RESEMBOLSARME POR LOS INCONVENIENTES QUE ME HICIERON PASAR. GRACIAS!!

Terrible Service

I am in UK & ordered tablet online via Doogee website on 25th August.

EVRI (Courier appointed by Doogee) failed to deliver, despite clear address instructions, on 4th September.

EVRI notified me on 5th Sept that they were returning the parcel to the sender. As of now, 20th Sept the parcel is still in transit.

I have repeatedly asked Doogee for a refund & also asked EVRI to investigate return status.

Doogee say they will not refund me until their warehouse in UK confirms that they have the returned parcel from EVRI.

So as matters stand I have paid Doogee £270, I have not received the tablet, nor have I been refunded.
